Director of Sales This position oversees the Sales Culture and Development of all Branch and Contact Center Sales Associates of American First Credit Union. Assists the Branch Mangers and Contact Center Supervisors in achieving their assigned sales goals. Position will be responsible for researching, evaluating and developing a retail sales environment plan that will provide AFCU with better service and increased sales. This position will also assist with uniting all Branches and Contact Center Associates with the same sales strategies and methodology.
Director of Operations As Director of Operations you will oversee the operations of all Branch Tellers and Call Center Service employees for consistency in training and daily account transaction procedures within new and existing policies and procedures. You will direct Branch and Call Center Service Supervisors in providing quality service to members particularly in the area of regulatory compliance. This position will provide support, training and guidance to all service staff within the Financial Sales & Service area as necessary. Requires 3+ years Management experience within Banking or Credit Union Branch or Call Center.
Contact Center Supervisor Will be responsible for supervising the service, Sales and E-Commerce operational functions of Contact Center. Can look forward to motivating Associates to achieve performance in providing service, sales, follow up and closing sales goals. You will ensure prompt professional quality member service is provided by all. Monitor Associate phone calls, assess performance and deliver feedback to include action plans for
improvement when indicated. A few of the key requirements are 3 years experience in a financial institution plus 2 years supervisory
experience to include motivating, coaching, training and leading experience. Expert knowledge in financial products and services including consumer and Real Estate loans, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA), Health Savings (HSA) and Business Accounts.
