Loan Modification Supervisor- La Habra Corporate Office
As a Loan Modification Supervisor you will supervise all aspects of American First CU and HAMP modification programs to provide loan modification and/or workout options to prevent foreclosures and mitigate loan losses. You will need to analyze data to recommend modification, forbearance and/or repayment plans in accordance to American First CU and investor guidelines. Also required is the monitoring of results and supporting complex reporting requirements.
Qualified candidates will have:
- 3+ years experience in loan modification or default loan servicing; loan underwriting.
- 1+ years Supervisory experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHLB modification programs and servicing requirements.
- Knowledge of HAMP program preferred.
- Experience with auto loan modification helpful.
Business Development Indirect Lending Rep - La Habra Corporate Office
As a Business Development Indirect Lending Representative you will implement the indirect consumer loan development programs in support of established lending goals. You will be our liaison between automobile dealerships and other business relationships. Biggest challenge will be developing and cultivating business relationships with franchised automobile dealerships on the Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) program.
