The Real Estate Business Development Officer (BDO) will be required to solicit residential real estate loans from consumers as well as business sources.  Business sources will include: real estate agents, financial planners, CPA, attorneys, etc.  The BDO will develop external relationships with members, business sources and join business networks in order to represent and market the credit union’s real estate loan products.  Other activities can include facilitating real estate seminars, partnering with real estate agents in open house functions and other activities that will promote the sale of our loan products.

The following qualifications are preferred to successfully accomplish this position:

  • 4+ years mortgage lending and real estate loan sales.
  • Outside sales and Business Development, including a current book of Orange County professional relationships.
  • Must have a current Driver’s License, proof of insurance, evidence of a safe driving record, ability to provide own transportation for local travel.
