Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is made up of Members who volunteer their time to set and monitor Credit Union policy. Board Members have three-year terms and are elected at the Annual Meeting held in April.
Board of Directors meet once a month usually the last Thursday of the month.

Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee acts as the liaison between Credit Union Members and management. Committee Members are volunteers. Supervisory Committee Members have three-year terms and are elected at the Annual meeting held in April.
The Supervisory Committee meets once a month usually the first Wednesday of the month.
