Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is legally accountable for the actions of the credit union. They ensure the long range security and viability of the credit union by overseeing its operations and planning for its future and make decisions in the best interests of the credit union and its entire Membership.

Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee ensures ongoing reviews and audits to make sure that the credit union records are maintained properly, honestly, and accurately; that policies established by law and by the Board of Directors are carried out faithfully and that the members' assets are safeguarded and used according to the purposes of the credit union.
