Dear Members,

Our team at American First Credit Union has been working hard to enhance the meaning of member service so that we become the only financial institution you will ever need. We've promised to make your financial life more convenient, faster and easier to manage, and we're making exciting changes to benefit our members. I am delighted to update you on what we've accomplished so far and where we are headed.

A Better Place to Bank

For the last couple of years, our focus has been on offering products and member services that are aligned with what you need in your daily lives.

That means accessibility. Our extensive network of more than 1,000 local ATMs now includes most 7-Elevens and Walgreens throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

It also means convenience. Our free American First Credit Union App on iTunes and Google Play allows you to securely check your account balance and transfer money from your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or Android. Soon, you'll be able to deposit your checks just by taking a picture. More than 1,200 members are already using this convenient, feature-rich service, so be sure to get started today.

Breaking Out Into the Community

Community involvement is a priority at American First, so we're redoubling our efforts with hands-on support of charitable events and other activities that have a direct and lasting impact on the well-being of people in our communities. We're excited to be working with Women Helping Women, an organization dedicated to empowering women of all ages, races, and backgrounds through community-based services, advocacy, education and counseling. During the holiday season, we will be supporting Crittenden House, a service that reunites families separated by adoption. Also, for the 5th year in a row, American First Credit Union will participate in Operation Santa with the City of La Habra, an event sponsored by area business and schools to provide food and toys for local families in need. Operation Santa helps approximately 500 families each year, including thousands of children.

Coming Attractions

We think you're going to love our all-new website which we expect to launch in early 2013. The new site will offer better functionality, resources and style for our valued members. So far we've made incremental changes to make the site faster, more user-friendly, and easier to find ATM and shared branch locations.
