American First Credit Union Offers Members a Skip-A-Payment Feature on Existing Loans
$25 Fee Waiver Provides Added Member Bonus
La Habra, Calif., November 23, 2009— In an effort to help members who might need a little extra cash in their pockets this holiday season, American First Credit Union is offering a Skip-a-Payment feature on current member loans in good standing. The Skip-a-Payment program allows members the flexibility to miss their December loan payment without penalty, and make up that payment at the end of the loan term. As an added bonus, this year American First is also waiving the normal $25 Skip-a-Payment fee. The Skip-a-Payment feature is available on the following existing loans:
Vehicle
Personal
Line of Credit
Home Equity Line of Credit
Savings-Secured Loan
“American First’s Skip-a-Payment loan feature provides a financial option to members who might need a little extra money over the holidays,” said Bob Street, American First President/CEO. “By making the Skip-a-Payment process free and easy to request, we’re helping our members save time and money during this busy holiday season.”
