
American First Credit Union Announces Director of Operations, Jim Hale
La Habra, Calif., July 29th, 2008— American First Credit Union is pleased to announce its new Director of Operations, Jim Hale. In his new position, Hale will oversee 69 associates and be responsible for the operations and service levels of all branches and the contact center.
Hale possesses 18 years of financial industry experience, holding various operational positions at Bank of America, Union Bank of California and his most recent position as director of branches for Schools First Federal Credit Union. In that position, Hale oversaw and managed the coordination of branch projects and activities for optimum efficiency. He was responsible for the review of operational changes, contract negotiation, resource allocation, team development, awareness and evaluation of emerging technologies, organizational projects and building productivity within the branches. Hale has also served on the board of directors for Consumer Credit Counseling Services, Orange County and the Trustee Board for the First Evangelical Free Church, Fullerton.
