Our Caring First team supports happier and healthier communities — and it’s what we have been doing for decades. It’s in line with the credit union's legacy of giving and servicing local programs and partnerships with a social purpose. This includes sponsorships of children’s programs such as CHOC, health-related fundraisers such as American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, financial wellness through our workshops and teen budgeting events, and many other opportunities to help make our neighboring cities a better place.

Service is at the heart of American First. During our annual Community Day, associates packed 47 pallets of meal boxes at the OC Food Bank, helping provide nutritious food to 1,880 local individuals while making a meaningful impact together.
