First Time Logging in to Our New Mobile App?

Follow these easy steps to set up your Mobile access:

  1. First, register your account at www.amerfirst.org (our desktop website)
  2. Create a customized password
  3. Answer 5 security questions & follow the additional prompts
  4. Download our new mobile app from your app store
  5. Select "Log In" on the app home screen
  6. When prompted by the app, enter your username, answer a security question, and enter your newly created password

And with the new Mobile Banking you can deposit checks into your account anytime, transfer funds, pay people, and more!

Once you’re enrolled in Online Banking and downloaded the new app, here’s what you can do with American First Mobile:
  • Deposit checks right from your smartphone
  • View account balances and activity
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Pay bills
  • Text alerts
  • Make a loan payment 
  • Locate a shared branch or ATM

Using the Remote Deposit Capture Feature is Simple: 

Step 1 - Endorse Your Check

Endorse the back of your check first. Your endorsement must include the words “For Mobile Deposit Only,” the account number to which the check is being deposited and your signature.

Step 2 - Take a Picture

Simply take a photo of both sides of your check using the feature in our American First Mobile App and tap “submit.” Your check will automatically be deposited into your account and you will receive an email confirmation that the check has been received and processed.

Once the money is in your account, void your check and save it for 30 days.

Remote Deposit Capture is only available through American First Mobile for American First Members. If the back of the check is not properly endorsed, the deposit may be delayed. Deposit amount may not be immediately available for withdrawal.
